儿童个人信息保护规则

《城市大亨》为亲子共玩设计。本规则是《隐私政策》的补充，专门说明我们如何保护 14 周岁以下儿童的个人信息。请监护人仔细阅读，并与孩子一起了解。
监护人同意
我们仅在取得监护人明示同意后，才会收集、使用或存储儿童个人信息。如你发现孩子在未经你同意的情况下提供了个人信息，请立即联系我们删除。
我们收集的儿童信息（最小必要）
- 游戏昵称：建议使用「小雨」等化名，请勿填写真实姓名；
- 自选头像：单机对战中照片头像仅保存在设备本地；仅当使用在线对战时，头像才会上传服务器供同房玩家看到；
- 单机对局数据：保存在设备本地，清除浏览器数据即彻底删除；
- 图鉴收集进度：会上传服务器（仅记录点亮了哪些地名），用于换设备后继续收集；
- 手机号：仅在线对战需要，用于登录验证。若不希望孩子产生任何服务端数据，请只使用单机对战并跳过登录。
我们不会做的事
- 不向儿童展示任何广告，不接入第三方广告 SDK；
- 不提供陌生人聊天、社交匹配功能；
- 不设置诱导付费、抽奖、连续在线奖励等机制；
- 不收集精确定位、通讯录、生物识别等敏感信息；
- 不将儿童个人信息用于个性化推荐或对外共享、转让、公开披露。
存储与安全
单机对战产生的数据仅存储于你的设备本地。需要上传的信息（图鉴收集进度、开服预约城市，以及使用在线对战时的手机号、头像与对局记录）经加密传输并存储于境内服务器，采取访问控制、最小授权等措施，保存期限届满后立即删除或匿名化。详见《隐私政策》。
监护人的权利
你可以随时：查阅孩子的个人信息、更正错误信息、删除全部数据、撤回此前的同意。通过 support@citytycoon.fun（主题注明「儿童信息」）联系我们，我们将在 15 个工作日内响应。
游戏时长提醒
我们建议家长陪同游玩，并合理安排时间：单局约 30–60 分钟，建议每天不超过一局。游戏内置「已玩时长」提示，帮助全家约定收盘时间。
规则更新
本规则如有变更，将在官网与游戏内显著位置提示，重大变更将重新征求监护人同意。

Children's Privacy Rules

City Tycoon is designed for parents and children playing together. These rules supplement our Privacy Policy and explain how we protect the personal information of children under the applicable age of consent. Guardians, please read carefully — ideally together with your child.
Parental consent
We collect, use or store children's personal information only after obtaining verifiable parental consent. If your child has provided information without your consent, contact us and we will delete it immediately.
What we collect from children (data minimization)
- Nicknames: we encourage playful aliases — please avoid real names;
- Avatars: in hotseat play photo avatars stay on the device; only when online play is used is an avatar uploaded so the room can see it;
- Hotseat game data: stored locally on the device; clearing browser data removes it completely;
- Codex progress: uploaded to our servers (only which places have been lit up) so collections survive a change of device;
- Phone number: required for online play only, for login verification. If you would rather your child generate no server-side data, use hotseat play and skip the login.
What we never do
- No ads shown to children, no third-party ad SDKs;
- No stranger chat or social matching;
- No purchase nudges, loot boxes, or daily-streak rewards;
- No collection of precise location, contacts, or biometric data;
- No use of children's data for personalized recommendation, sharing, transfer, or public disclosure.
Storage & security
Data produced by hotseat play stays on your device. What must be transmitted — codex progress, a pre-registration city, and for online play the phone number, avatar and match records — is encrypted in transit and at rest on servers in mainland China, protected by access controls and least-privilege, and deleted or anonymized when its retention period ends. Guardians' rights
At any time you may access your child's information, correct errors, delete all data, or withdraw consent. Email support@citytycoon.fun with the subject "Children's data" — we respond within 15 business days.
Healthy play time
We recommend playing together as a family and keeping sessions reasonable: a game runs 30–60 minutes, and one per day is plenty. The built-in play-time display helps families agree on when to wrap up.
Updates
Changes will be announced prominently on this site and in-game; material changes will require renewed parental consent.
