  • 地块22 格街区,分 8 个颜色组——集齐整组,空地租金翻倍;
  • 车站4 个交通站:拥有越多,租金越高(M25 → M200);
  • 公用电力与水务 2 格:租金按骰点 ×4(持一个)或 ×10(持两个);
  • 机会 / 宝箱抽卡:奖钱、罚钱、搬家、修楼费……全是惊喜;两副牌里各有 2 张知识问答卡(见下);
  • 税格停到就要交税(M100 / M200);

  • 答对第 1 题得 M100,第 2 题累计到 M250,第 3 题累计到 M450;
  • 每答对一题,可以选择「落袋收手」(奖金入账,回合继续)或「继续挑战」;
  • 答错会清空这次累计的奖金,但绝不会倒扣——现金任何情况下都不会比抽卡前少,第 1 题永远零风险;
  • 答错也会显示正确答案和解释,题目会在以后再遇到(记住了就是赚的);

  • 交 M50 保释金,立刻恢复自由并行动;
  • 用一张「出狱卡」(机会/宝箱抽得到);

  • 地塊22 格街區,分 8 個顏色組——集齊整組,空地租金翻倍;
  • 車站4 個交通站:擁有越多,租金越高(M25 → M200);
  • 公用電力與水務 2 格:租金按骰點 ×4(持一個)或 ×10(持兩個);
  • 機會 / 寶箱抽卡:獎錢、罰錢、搬家、修樓費……全是驚喜;兩副牌入面各有 2 張知識問答卡(見下);
  • 稅格停到就要交稅(M100 / M200);

  • 答啱第 1 題得 M100,第 2 題累計到 M250,第 3 題累計到 M450;
  • 每答啱一題,可以揀「落袋收手」(獎金入賬,回合繼續)或者「繼續挑戰」;
  • 答錯會清空今次累計嘅獎金,但絕對唔會倒扣——現金任何情況下都唔會少過抽卡之前,第 1 題永遠零風險;
  • 答錯都會顯示正確答案同解釋,題目之後仲會再遇到(記住咗就係賺);

  • 交 M50 保釋金,立刻恢復自由並行動;
  • 用一張「出獄卡」(機會/寶箱抽得到);

How to Play

One-liner: roll the dice → buy streets → collect rent. Last player standing wins!

Goal

2–4 players (humans or CPU) take turns rolling dice and traveling around a city board. Buy streets, build houses, charge rent — be the only player left solvent and you win.

Three steps to start

1RollRoll two dice and move. Collect a M200 salary each time you pass GO.
2BuyLand on an unowned space and buy it at list price to get the deed.
3CollectRivals landing on your property pay rent — the more you build, the more they pay.

What's on the board

  • Streets22 spaces in 8 color groups — own a full set and empty-lot rent doubles;
  • Stations4 transit stops: rent climbs with each one you own (M25 → M200);
  • UtilitiesPower & water: rent is the dice total ×4 (one) or ×10 (both);
  • Chance / ChestDraw a card: rewards, fines, moves, repair bills… all surprises. Each deck also holds 2 quiz cards (see below);
  • TaxLand here and pay up (M100 / M200);
  • CornersGO (+M200), Jail (just visiting is fine), Free Parking (a breather), Go to Jail (straight in).

Every game deals a new board

Each city holds 50-odd candidate places, filed across the 8 colour groups. At setup, 22 of them are dealt onto the board at random — play the same city twice and you travel somewhere new. Prices and rents are fixed to board positions rather than to names, so the rules and the maths never shift.

How quiz cards work

Draw a quiz card and the banker asks you about the city — up to three questions in a row:

  • The first correct answer is worth M100, the second takes the pot to M250, the third to M450;
  • After each correct answer you choose to bank it (cash in, turn continues) or push on;
  • A wrong answer wipes the pot but never deducts cash — you can never end up poorer than before you drew, and the first question is always risk-free;
  • Wrong answers still show the correct one with an explanation, and the question comes round again later (remembering it is pure profit);
  • CPU players skip quiz cards entirely — the card is discarded and play continues.

💡 "Bank it or push your luck" is a genuine money decision in miniature — exactly the theme of the game. Worth asking your child: why did you stop there?

Houses & hotels

End your move on your own empty street with enough cash, and you may build one house (one per stop). Build a fifth time to upgrade to a hotel — top rent. Short on cash? Sell houses back to the bank at half price.

Doubles

Roll the same number on both dice and you roll again after resolving your move. But three doubles in a row is "showing off" — straight to jail.

Getting out of jail

  • Pay M50 bail and move immediately;
  • Use a Get-Out-of-Jail card (from Chance/Chest);
  • Gamble: roll doubles to walk free. Miss three turns and the M50 is mandatory.

Mortgages & bankruptcy

Tight on cash? Mortgage unbuilt properties to the bank (no rent while mortgaged; redeeming costs interest). If selling and mortgaging everything still can't cover a debt — you're bankrupt: assets go to your creditor and you're out.

Family tip

💡 Let your child be the money manager: totting up rent, making change and stretching budgets is mental math in disguise. A game runs 30–60 minutes, and the built-in play timer helps the family agree when to wrap up.
